Tracey Rohrback (Head of Check-Hers)

Tracey is a co-founder of Check-Hers Elite and current president of the Check-Hers Elite Board of Directors. Tracey's passion for lacrosse began as a player for Mt. de Sales High School and Catonsville Community College. She now uses this experience to enhance her role as a coach and mentor to girls lacrosse players in the Carroll, Baltimore, and Howard County area.
Tracey began coaching for the Gamber lacrosse program where she served as a head coach for nine years, consistently compiling winning records and leading her team into the MYLA finals in 2002, 2003, 2004-2005. Her commitment to the lacrosse community continued to grow as she served as Girls League Coordinator for Gamber Lacrosse for 4 years. Her interest in understanding every aspect of the game led Tracey to become a certified US Lacrosse official. She currently officiates through the high school level in Carroll and Howard counties.
When not coaching and administrating for the Check-Hers program Tracey enjoys running lacrosse camps throughout the community for novice through highly skilled players.

Frank DiLeonardi, Training & Conditioning Coach

Frank is the lead assistant and primary goalkeeping coach for the men’s soccer team at McDaniel College.  Frank also conducts camps and clinics, and works with the players on appropriate dynamic warm up and cool downs, and works injured players regain speed, agility, and fitness. Frank is also the technical director and co-owner of Mighty Kicks Baltimore, and a member of Baltimore Bays Chelsea Wolves, a U.S. Soccer affiliated organization. His teams compete in regional tournaments and the colonial league, including winning the 2014 American Tottenham Showcase. In addition, Frank is also the head coach of the U15 Maryland O.D.P (Olympic Development Program) region 1 team and currently holds a National Level D License from US Soccer and a NSCAA level 1 and 2 Goalkeeping diploma. 


Suzie Friedrich - Goalie Coach

Suzie joins Check-Hers with vast lacrosse knowledge.  A 4 year starter at Penn State (’81-’85) and member of the US Women’s Lacrosse Team (’89-’90).  Suzie started her coaching career in 2003 as Head Women’s Soccer & Lacrosse coach at Washington College.  Many accomplishments followed:  Coaching for various high schools ’86 – ’01, Defensive Coordinator- Cornell University (‘08-‘16), IWLCA Division Assistant Coach of the Year (’16) and currently Garrison Forest Varsity Lacrosse Coach. 

During her collegiate coaching career, she has produced numerous All-Americans, Regional All-Americans, Ivy League Defensive Players of the Year, All-Ivy selections and Ivy League Defensive Players of the Week.  As well as participating in NCAA play offs and winning the Ivy League Tournament Champions (2016).


Jess Onheiser - Recruiting Consultant

Coach Onheiser is the founder and owner of Recruit-Her LLC. Recruit-Her is a women’s lacrosse company that offers services for female athletes looking to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. Recruit-Her offers recruiting consulting tools in order to educate players and parents about the multifaceted recruiting process.

Coach Onheiser will be working with the Check-Hers Elite Lacrosse program serving as the recruiting coordinator for the club. She will provide recruiting seminars to equip the players and families with the most updated information regarding the collegiate recruiting process. She will also support the coaches of the teams during their recruiting seasons to provide guidance or insight on their player’s situations.

Coach Onheiser has experienced all aspects of the process first as a recruited athlete, going on to play at Vanderbilt University (2000-2004), competing at the highest level on the US National Team (2004-2008), and served as the recruiting coordinator as a collegiate coach at Ohio University and Loyola College (2004-2008). Coach Onheiser coached the Hero’s 2010 club team and successfully assisted all players in committing to play at the Division 1 and Division 3 levels. She was the assistant athletic directory and varsity lacrosse coach at Garrison Forest School (2008-2011) where she guided several high school athletes through the recruiting process as well.
