Tori Georgius joined the Check-Hers’ coaching staff in 2019. Her coaching experience includes being the current Varsity Head Coach at Westminster High School and the Head Coach of the 2025 Check-Hers Black Team. Tori is a 2015 Check-Hers alumni and a 2015 Westminster High School graduate where she was a four-year midfield starter for the Owls. Tori is a 2019 Loyola University Summa cum laude graduate, where she played midfield for the Greyhounds.

Currently, Tori works as a 2nd grade teacher at Piney Ridge Elementary School in Sykesville, MD. Her passion for teaching carries over into her desire to coach and lead young women to pursue excellence in lacrosse and education.

Juliette Cusano graduated from Tusculum University, where she was a two-time All-South Atlantic Conference Second Team selection and 2021 Conference Leader in Draw Controls per game. Juliette was named Team Captain for two years in 2019 and 2020. Juliette holds multiple single-season records at Tusculum University in goals (61), goals per game (4), draw controls per game (7.57) and free-position goals (23). Juliette also holds multiple career records at Tusculum University in goals (163), game winning goals (9), draw controls (246), draw controls per game (4.17), and free position goals (59). Juliette was also named the teams MVP in 2019 and 2020 while also being named to the Athletic Director Honor Roll consistently. Juliette was a volunteer coach at Frostburg State University for a year where she oversaw the draw and midfielders.

Jess Onheiser graduated from Vanderbilt University, where she was a two-time All-American Lacrosse Conference member, a two-time IWLCA All-South Region First Team honoree, a two-time Academic All-American, and three-time member of the Southeastern Conference Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. From 2004 to 2008, Jess was a member of the United States National Developmental and Elite team. Jess was inducted into the Vanderbilt Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Greater Baltimore Hall of Fame in 2017. She is also the founder and owner of Recruit-Her LLC, offering services to improve individual and team skills through personal training sessions and recruiting consulting in order to educate players and parents about the multifaceted recruiting process.

Jess joined Check-Hers in 2013 and is on the Board of Directors. Previous coaching experience includes being the Varsity Head Coach at Garrison Forest School, and Division I lacrosse at the Ohio University and Loyola University Maryland.
