Amy graduated from James Madison University in 2014. During her college career she received All-Conference (CAA) first team, two time Conference All-Tournament team, three time CAA player of the week, participant in the IWLCA North-South All star game (South), and a JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete. Amy graduated from Liberty High School and played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She received All-County awards in each sport. Amy has been coaching for Check-Hers since 2013.
Assistant Coach Alexis Patterson

Alexis Patterson grew up playing for Catonsville Club Lacrosse and Anchors Lacrosse Club. Alexis was a 4-year high school varsity 3 sport athlete playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. During her 4th season of varsity girls lacrosse, she broke the high school record in goals scored in 2018. Her achievements included: two-time Baltimore County Women’s Lacrosse Player to Watch, Two year Women’s Lacrosse MVP, 1-year Unsung Hero, and 4-year Baltimore County All-County Team selectee.
Alexis continued her lacrosse career as a 4-year DIII women’s lacrosse player and graduate of Elizabethtown College. Alexis was later hired in the Elizabethtown College Athletic Department serving as a Graduate Assistant.
Alexis joined Check-Hers Elite Lacrosse in 2024. Her prior coaching experience includes DIII Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Elizabethtown College. She currently works for ECD Lacrosse in Towson, MD.
